Tapenade is made from crushing and passing our olives through a fine grate to provide a smooth paste. This allows for easy spreading on crackers and breads. It is common for olive oil to separate from the paste. Simply mix the paste and oil using a dry knife to ensure consistency. Ensure that you refrigerate tapenade once opened.
